Mental Health
I provide extensive mental health counseling for individuals to emphasize the importance of creating a plan that is molded just for you.
Matthew J Ludensky

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, educator, and mental performance consultant with over 15 years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, including college students, athletes, first responders, military personnel, and individuals navigating mental health and substance use concerns.
My professional journey has allowed me to combine a passion for counseling, teaching, and performance psychology. As the owner of Matt Counseling Services, I specialize in trauma-informed care, EMDR, anxiety management, and resilience-building. As an Adjunct Professor at Dean College, I enjoy mentoring students and helping them develop both academically and personally.
In recent years, I have expanded my work into mental performance consulting, supporting athletes in developing confidence, focus, emotional regulation, and mental toughness. My approach is rooted in the belief that mental health and performance are closely connected—when people develop the skills to manage stress, adversity, and self-doubt, they are better positioned to thrive in all areas of life.
Whether I am counseling a client, teaching in the classroom, or working with an athlete, my goal is to create a supportive environment that empowers individuals to grow, perform, and reach their full potential.
